Question

I applied for Microsoft student ambassador, I have completed some courses using Microsoft learn . I made plan and share everyone. some of them completed the some modules . I got email that mentioned that 85 visiters has done and 0 net new modules complete . what should i do ?? why it is showing 0 netnew modules completed dispite some have completed the modules??
