Dear Customer Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I paid my subscription fee on July 19, 2026. The payment was successfully deducted from my card under reference number 000066077257, and I also received a payment confirmation email from Microsoft.

However, I am still receiving emails requesting that I complete the payment.

I have already checked with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was processed successfully.

Could you please investigate this issue and update my subscription status accordingly? I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards,

    Hi Ahmed,

When you go to account.microsoft.com/services, can you see there your active subscription?

If yes, I highly suggest to get in touch with live Microsoft Support. To proceed, please refer to the steps below:

    1. Go to this link:  https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and sign in your Microsoft account
    2. On the "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support" - just type "Billing issue" then search
    3. You will see Recommended Solution, just scroll down until you can see "Contact support"
    4. Under "Tell us a little more about your problem", select "Microsoft 365 and Office"
    5. For Category select > manage my subscription > then confirm
    6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser
    7. Confirm your account and you should be routed to Microsoft support representative who have the appropriate tools and resources to investigate and assist you further with the billing concern.
