Ensure disk space has enough free space to capture and save picture/video from Camera app.

Also try to Reset the Camera app at Settings > Installed apps > Camera > ··· > Advanced options > Reset.

    Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

This means the Camera app successfully recorded the video but failed when trying to create or save the video file. The problem is usually related to the save location.

You need to check where are you saving it. Check if drive is has sufficient space to save the file. You may also change the location where you will save it. This will help me identify the issue further.
