I have a red screen on my internet screen that says unsafe site navagation, I did not put anything in for this to come up!

How to get rid of this.??

    To help determine the cause further, could you tell me:

    Which browser are you using (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)?

    Does the warning appear as soon as you open the browser, or only when you visit a particular website?

    If possible, could you upload a screenshot of the red warning page?
