The unsafe site or unsafe navigation warning usually means that your browser or security software has blocked a website because it believes it may be malicious or unsafe. It doesn't necessarily mean your computer is infected.
To help determine the cause further, could you tell me:
Which browser are you using (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)?
Does the warning appear as soon as you open the browser, or only when you visit a particular website?
If possible, could you upload a screenshot of the red warning page?
