Intune "standalone" license

Good day. Does MS offer an Intune user and device license only. From this article below I can see they do, but I am not finding any more information for it?

Is this a reseller specific question that I have to raise though them? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks

    Yes, you can also purchase standalone licenses for Intune (user). Intune device license is subscription based, meaning that you don't assign it to a user.

    Consult your reseller / Cloud service provider for more details.

    @Phillip Lötter , For some functions like Intune auto-enrollment, conditional access, Azure AD Premium license is also asked. There are some license packages in the link you provided include Intune license and other generally used license in Product environment. We suggest to contact license support/reseller to get the most suitable license solution according to our environment requirement. If we still want Intune license only, we can also contact them to get help.
