When trying to activate Microsoft 365 on my Mac (operating system Tahoe) I get a 0x0 error message. The apps are updated and older versions were deleted. My wife's computer (older than mine with an older OS) updated immediately. What do I. do?

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Many users have reported this issue, and it is known. Please completely quit all Office applications, open Microsoft AutoUpdate, select Update All, and then restart your Mac. Microsoft’s instructions are available here

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support/known-issues/unknown-error-0x0-license-not-found-error-microsoft365-macos

If Microsoft AutoUpdate confirms that every Office application is already updated but the error continues, I recommend using Microsoft’s official Office License Removal Tool:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac

Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
