Issue with renewing subscription

Question

I have been trying to renew my Minecraft: Bedrock Edition realm subscription. However, instead of renewing the realm that I already have, it creates a new realm. I have now paid for three realms, but only have one working one and it's not the one that I want. Is it possible to get refunded for the unintended charges, or at the very least figure out why my original realm isn't working anymore?

Edit: I have attempted to use the existing resources on the Microsoft billing website and keep getting redirected to this website when I request more support. My issue is difficult to explain to the AI chat bots and it keeps giving me advice about paying for subscriptions. I understand how subscriptions work, I just need to know why the subscriptions are not actually being renewed after I pay for them.
