My copilot in Word opens but does not load. How do I fix that?

    Hi,

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does the Copilot pane stay blank or show an error message?
    2. Does Copilot work in Word Web at https://www.microsoft365.com?
    3. What Microsoft 365 subscription appears at https://account.microsoft.com/services?
    4. What Word version and build are shown under "File" > "Account" > "About Word"?
