Hp office jet I can print from a microsoft program but can’t print a page that is off some page from a search engine?

@Joseph Giambrone Thank you for letting me know.

The browser is likely selecting "Save as PDF" instead of your HP OfficeJet.

Open the webpage and press Ctrl + P. Under "Printer" or "Destination" select your HP OfficeJet, then click "Print."

    1. Which browser are you using, Edge, Chrome, or Firefox?
    2. Does your HP OfficeJet appear in the printer list when you press Ctrl + P?
    3. Does it show "Save as PDF" as the current destination?

    Hi, @Joseph Giambrone

When the print window opens, check the printer list and select your actual printer. Also, clear the "Print to file" option if it is checked.

    1. What printer make and model are you using?
    2. Does the printer appear under "Settings" > "Bluetooth & devices" > "Printers & scanners"?
    3. Can you print a test page from the printer settings?
