Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hey there, Peter Williams
Talk about hiding rather important factors in the small print!
I will admit, it is not ideal with how they have done it. Most people don't click onto the 1 or read the fine print when subscribing to a subscription. The product page is a better layout because it actually tells you usage limits apply which may make people follow the link, but the link would have been better being clickable.
Copiliot says that it is not aware of how credits are accrued/used. Did you find out about this?
I remember when testing this in Paint and on the website, it used to display the credit balance. I have looked all over the place, and tried to find articles that showed you where you could see the balance. The only place I could see the balance was the designer website when creating an image. Please can you sign into your account here: https://designer.microsoft.com/image-creator?scenario=texttoimage
In the top-right corner, do you see your balance?
According to the FAQ, it states these credits cover CoPilot in Microsoft 365, Image creator and other Microsoft CoPilot features. I am going to provide feedback about this through the feedback portal to ask that balance is displayed within the Service & Subscription page. I would recommend you providing feedback by signing into the CoPilot website here: https://copilot.microsoft.com/
Once you have signed into your account, please click onto your profile at the bottom-left corner.
Then click onto "Give feedback"
This will allow the product team to collate the feedback and see if it is something they can add.
Also, why don't they have a countdown, so users can use the system accordingly
They do on the Microsoft Designer website, here: https://designer.microsoft.com/image-creator?scenario=texttoimage, but for some reason they haven't thought about adding this countdown on other Microsoft apps/Services.
This is why I recommend adding feedback, so they can review it and hopefully add it to their roadmap to include in a future release.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
