Microsoft rewards issue

Question

I was saving Microsoft redeem points for the past 6 months to get an amazon gift voucher or Valorant gift card, I have currently around 17,000 points. I had high hopes that I can redeem a Valorant gift card or Amazon gift card, but you guys had it on dashboard for a very long time with out of stock and I was able to place order for Valorant gift card but even though I placed order, the order was never delivered to me and there was no specific reasons why the order failed and the next day I open the dashboard boom the valorant gift card (league of legends card can be used to redeem vp). So, this like giving false hopes and fake promises, kindly bring back Amazon gift card or League of legends gift card. Either bring it to dashboard or send me through email and deduce the points from my account. But please give the compensation as soon as possible.
