Minecraft Launcher installation problem

Hello,

so i just bought the Minecraft Java edition with my verified Microsoft account on the Minecraft website. Whhen trying to install the Minecraft Launcher an error code (it show the code 0x803f8001) appears. The error window in the Launcher gives me 2 options. First is to buy a Xbox Game Pass and second is to open the Xbox App.

When trying to open the game in the Microsoft store it says that there is a problem (without any extra information).

I try to install the Launcher an play the game on my Windows PC so that doesn't make sense.

How do i fix that problem?
