Hi,

The error code 0xc1900223 indicates that there was a problem downloading and installing the update. Windows Update will retry later.

Please try the following steps:

1. After win+R, enter services.msc and press Enter
2. Find Windows Update service and stop it manually
3. Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and clear the contents of Datastore and Download
4. Restart Windows Update and check for updates again.
