My question: is there a way to export a Outlook Webmail account without using the desktop application for a personal Windows 11 system ?

    Hi,

    No. Outlook Web cannot export a complete personal mailbox. To export the emails, folders, contacts, and calendar to a .pst file, you need new Outlook or classic Outlook for Windows. Outlook Web can only export contacts to a .csv file.

    1. Are you trying to export the entire mailbox or only the contacts?
    2. Is this an @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, or @msn.com account?
    3. Are you creating a backup or moving the emails to another provider?
