Hello.

1. I have a certain attachment.
   I need to find emails with this attachment. I know its name. How can I do this?
2. How can I find all emails where the word car appears in the title of any topic ?

For the first question, you will use something like:

attachmentnames:file.docx  

For the second, something like this should do:

subject:"test email"
