    Hi,

    Let me verify whether the Mic is seen. For that, kindly see the steps below.

    Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type "mmsys.cpl" without quotes

    Press Enter.

    Go to the recording tab, take a screenshot and post in the next reply.
