Can you please check if you can access the file normally on OneDrive Online?

Open an incognito tab on any web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account here: https://onedrive.live.com/

If you can access the files normally on OneDrive Online, but are getting an error on the OneDrive iOS app,

1. Open the OneDrive app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Click the Profile Picture in the top left corner.
3. Select Settings > Help and feedback.
4. You should see an option "Clear Cache".
5. Restart the app.

See if you are experiencing the same problem again.
