    Hello @TRaG,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are experiencing an issue when signing in to the Microsoft Teams mobile application, where you receive a "Something went wrong" error after multiple attempts.

In this situation, please help me check the following:

1/ Are you able to sign in to the Teams mobile application using a personal Microsoft account without any issues?

2/ Do you have Global Administrator permissions? If yes, please help me check the sign-in logs to see whether there are any errors or if the sign-in attempt is being blocked by your organization.

For more details on how to review sign-in logs, please refer to:

If you do not have administrator access, please reach out to your IT administrator and ask them to check whether any policies or restrictions are preventing the sign-in.

3/ When did the issue first occur? If you try signing in from another device, does the issue still occur?

4/ Are any of your colleagues experiencing the same issue, or is the issue only affecting your account?

5/ Could you please provide the following device information?

    • Device model
    • Operating system (OS) version

The information above will be very helpful for me to further investigate this issue. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
