    Hi,

This happens way too often due to a backend glitch from Microsoft. It should typically resolve in a day or two without any action. I appreciate your patience while Microsoft works on the same. If it does not help, fill a support form:

    Hello,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. If you have an active Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium subscription, you generally should not see advertisements. If ads are still appearing, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

Step 1: Verify your subscription is active.

    • Sign in to your Microsoft account and confirm your Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium subscription is active and has not expired or encountered a billing issue.

Step 2: Verify you're signed into the correct Microsoft account.

    • Make sure you're signed into Microsoft Solitaire Collection using the same Microsoft account that purchased the Premium subscription.

Step 3: Restore your Premium subscription.

    • Open Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
    • Go to Settings or Premium (depending on your version).
    • Select Restore Purchases or Restore Premium if the option is available.

Step 4: Sync your Microsoft Store licenses.

    • Open the Microsoft Store.
    • Select your profile picture.
    • Verify you're signed into the same Microsoft account.
    • Go to Downloads and Updates (or Library, depending on your Store version).
    • Select Get updates to refresh your licenses.

    Step 5: Update the app.

    • Open the Microsoft Store.
    • Check for updates and install any available updates for Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    Step 6: Restart your device.

    • Restart Windows after completing the steps above and launch the game again.

Step 7: Repair or Reset the app (if needed).

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    • Select Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
    • Choose Advanced options.
    • First select Repair.
    • If the issue persists, select Reset. (Note: Depending on your sync status, some local settings may be reset.)

If the problem continues after completing these steps, I recommend contacting Microsoft Casual Games Support or Microsoft Support with the following information:

    • Your Microsoft account email address (do not post it publicly).
    • Your Premium subscription status.
    • Your Windows version.
    • The version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection you're using.
    • When the ads first started appearing.
    • Whether the issue occurs on multiple devices.

For your privacy, avoid posting your email address, subscription details, or payment information publicly on this forum.

I hope one of these steps resolves the issue. Best of luck!Hello,
