Changing the password or alternate email address should not remove your previous emails, but I need to clarify what is happening.
- What type of email account is this, such as Outlook.com, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, or another provider?
- What exact message or error do you see when you try to sign in?
- Can you sign in to the email provider’s website, or does it open a mailbox with your old emails missing?
