Bitlocker key

I log into microsoft and my devices will not show so i can not get my bitlocker key. i have tried multiple browsers, and i can see everything but my devices. What can i do as i cant seem to find how to reach out to MS direct.

    Did you get a page of a melted ice cream image?

    If so, this is a temporary server-side issue. It doesn't mean the key is not saved - that we won't know for sure until the page loads. I am seeing quite a few other users from different locales reporting the same issue during the last hour or so. This has happened in the past more than once, and it was always on server side and was temporary. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.
