I'm trying to get to my BitLocker key after the latest Windows 11 update to my Dell Inspirion bricked it and is demanding the key. However... the page that I need to access is in a seeming unending loop of 'Authentication'. Any suggestion? Apart from burn the Dell!

As an aside. Encryption is enabled by default in Windows 11. Home edition is Device Encryption and Pro edition is full BitLocker.
This is a combination of OEM bios settings and the windows OS. It is enabled during the initial out of box setup so the recovery key is saved to the account used during that setup.
If you cannot gain access to the correct recovery key there is no workaround and only option is to clean install windows deleting the encrypted drive partition. This mean all data will be wiped.
Since you are able to sign in to your Microsoft account but the Recovery key page isn't loading correctly, this could be due to a server-side issue. Other users on the forum are reporting the same problem when trying to access both the Devices page and the BitLocker page.
In this case, I suggest waiting until the issue is resolved.
