Just purchased an app in the store, received confirmation of purchase and payment via email. Click on link in the email for the purchased app which takes me back to the store and requires me to pay again! Can anyone help?

Does the order show as Completed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?

What is the name of the app?

In the Store, does it show a price, Install, or Owned?

(a) shows as completed (b) SFW to JPG - old disks by predecessor to Photoworks dating back to early 90's need format conversion offered by this app (3) Now unable to get into the store but when last seen showed a price. I got a message at some point saying the code had been redeemed.

Thanks for the details. Since the order shows as “Completed” and the code says it has already been redeemed, please do not pay for it again.

First, fix the Microsoft Store access:

Press Windows + R.
Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
A blank window may appear briefly. The Microsoft Store should then open automatically.
Sign in using the same Microsoft account shown in your order history.
Open “Library,” select “Get updates,” and look for SFW to JPG.

You can also open the completed order again and check whether “Install” or “Product key/Install” is available under the order details.

What exactly happens now when you try to open Microsoft Store?
Do you receive an error message or error code?
Is SFW to JPG listed anywhere under “Library”?

Nothing has changed :( (a) Not in my library (2) I clicked on completed purchase and I am sent here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/sfw-to-jpg-batch-image-converter/9nhq9ngthdsq/0010 result being the circle appears but the link won't open (still whirling after 5 minutes).

Further info - I was in a "circle" whereby I kept being returned to the same point in the store when clicking on the price (the only hotlink on the page) so the only way I could purchase it was to send it to myself as a gift from my own account. I have confirmation from Paypal and my bank it has been paid plus two emails from MS informing me they have the payment and the second one with the link to redeem the gift code.

That is the address of the page I am sent to (from order history) when clicking on "completed" purchase but it won't load

When you search for SFW to JPG - Batch Image Converter in Microsoft Store app, does it prompt you to buy again or does it also get stuck in a loading circle?

When I search afresh with that title the store doesn't find the app at all. It's got to be me doing somethin wrong but not sure what

I see. Could you try visiting https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nhq9ngthdsq using another web browser or internet source, then click 'Get' to open it inside Microsoft Store? Thanks.

It has opened (I used Brave this time) - no "get" but the hotlink was the price - took me to the store but requires payment
