    Hello,

This is for Windows 11 computer, right?

There's no such product called Excel 365, but I think you meant Microsoft 365, the subscription one where you pay annually or monthly, right?

    If so, try this.

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, do you see Microsoft 365 installed? If so, uninstall it.

    Then reinstall this way:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on the 9-dot icon on the upper left > More apps.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

However, if you are using macOS, let me know. That will need to follow completely different instruction and I need to know two things:

    What is your macOS version?

Is your office product purchased from Microsoft or from Apple?
