Access Denied, that's what keeps coming up when l what to go to the AT&T web site & that means that l get into my AT&T account, it says l don't have permission to access

Does the problem occur in another browser? Please test it in a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, to verify if the issue is specific to Edge.

Also, try testing it on your mobile phone or another computer using the same internet connection (to check for any blocking by your internet service provider, which happens quite often).
