    Hi, good day!

A few questions to help narrow this down:

    • Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
    • Did this start after a Windows update, driver update, or any hardware changes?
    • If you open Device Manager, do you see any warning symbols under Sound, video and game controllers or Audio inputs and outputs?
    • What is the exact make and model of your PC or motherboard? Press Start then search msinfo to open System Information Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response.

In the meantime, please try the steps below.

    Open Device Manager.

Expand Sound, video and game controllers.

If your audio device is listed, right-click it and choose Enable device

If it has a warning icon, right-click it and choose Uninstall device

Make sure to tick "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" box

    Click Uninstall

    Restart your computer

I look forward to your update and am willing to collaborate with you until we resolve the issue. Keep me posted by clicking "Add comments" below.
