I cannot access the previous Microsoft Forms after resetting the Windows password this morning. I am the owner of the Microsoft form that i am trying to access. I have tried to clear the history and sync in the credentials but still cannot access the forms.

    Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The most common cause is that you're signed in with a different Microsoft account or your authentication session needs to be refreshed.

First, you can verify you're using the correct account go to https://forms.microsoft.com. Then, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and confirm you're signed in with the same Microsoft account (or work/school account) that originally created the form.

Do not forget to try opening Forms in an InPrivate/Incognito window

as this bypasses cached credentials and cookies that may be causing the issue.(You can try Chrome and Edge for starters)

If you are receiving and error please provide a screenshot of the exact error message and when does it appear.
