i am trying to use excel to write a simple rent statement but it will not let me do anything i have been paying £10.49 for a long time and i always have trouble using this

    Are you using the Office apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac computer?

    Please provide a screenshot of any error you may see in the Office apps.

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
