Unauthorized recurring Microsoft billing

Hello,

I have a recurring monthly charge of $6.30 on my business credit card from:

Microsoft-g*[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]*MSBILL.INFO WA

I have already reviewed my Microsoft account, subscriptions, and order history. The only subscription I had was Microsoft 365 Personal, and I have already turned Recurring Billing OFF. My Microsoft 365 subscription expires on August 25, 2026, and there are no other active subscriptions shown in my account.

However, I continue to receive a recurring charge of $6.30 every month, and I cannot identify what product or service it is for.

Please help me:

  1. Identify which Microsoft account or product this charge belongs to.
  2. Cancel the recurring charge if it is associated with my account.
  3. If it is not associated with my account, please let me know so I can dispute the transaction with my bank.
