Performance issue.

Hello i have a performance issue and GPU issue i belive, i get 100 fps on my pc when i should get 400 , it is a problem everywhere , roblox , minecraft ETC. sometimes the issue goes away and i have good fps but if i tab out and go back BOOM bad fps again. it's very annoying and i have no ideea what's happening. also my gpu isn't really getting used! I tried a lot of things like : high performance mode , lowering settings , high priority etc.

Restarting my pc works but if i tab out again goes to 100 fps.
My pc specs are : RTX 4050 , i5 13 gen , 144hz , 16GB ram

Please help i really need help with this it's very annoying and asap.

    Hi ,

    Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Does using mods in Minecraft apply to both the Java and Bedrock versions?

    Update : when my fps go back , i can press things ( items with commands * in minecraft * ) if my fps are bad i can't
    Update : Even if i have the good fps i still have low use of gpu and stuff
