Need help with windows activation

Question

Purchased a laptop from walmart it came with windows 11 pro pre-installed everything was fine for about a year.

Now it says i need to activate windows but 0x8007007B stops me. I do not have anything with the product key.

I still have all the papers user guide,warranty,ect but no product key.

can you help me.

I tryed everything gemini told me to do but nothing works.

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!
