"message": "The client '******@stud.cu.edu.eg' with object id '4347d6f9-6242-4f60-9973-77fc0ed04372' has permission to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourceGroups/write' on scope '/subscriptions/936f533b-56c0-4d5f-9223-9ee3df18ba68/resourceGroups/kero'; however, the access is denied because of the deny assignment with name '[UNUSUALACTIVITY] FULL DENY ASSIGNMENT ON / FOR ALL USERS ADDED' and Id 'e7d3219349ea434390dfd5697fb95b28' at scope '/'."

    Hi @كيرلس محسن الفى حنين

Open a support request in the portal under Help + support → Subscription management. That category is free on any subscription, including Student. Say the subscription is blocked by an unusual-activity deny assignment and ask for review.

And check your activity logs any error or issue is their.

    Thanks
