Whenever I do anything in azure i get this. I have just renewed my student subscription and get this for any service. Though I have $ 100 credit shown in the account, I cannot use it at all

As you are a PCS subscriber, a Microsoft external staff member and Moderator is able to create a ticket if needed to get this resolved, which is likely what needs to happen due to the block. When the system detects any unusual activity on the subscription, it applies the unusual activity block onto the subscription to prevent further use for the subscription. This is to protect the account and resources from further activity.

Hi @كيرلس محسن الفى حنين

Open a support request in the portal under Help + support → Subscription management. That category is free on any subscription, including Student. Say the subscription is blocked by an unusual-activity deny assignment and ask for review.

And check your activity logs any error or issue is their.
