Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Keep the subscription associated with ******@jrcfoodsafety.com active and cancel the duplicate subscription on the other account. Microsoft does not support merging two separate Microsoft accounts or combining their subscriptions.
To cancel the unwanted subscription, sign in to the duplicate account on the Microsoft Services & Subscriptions page. Under Services & subscriptions, locate the extra Microsoft 365 subscription, select Manage, and then choose Cancel subscription or turn off Recurring billing.
Afterward, sign in to your main account, ******@jrcfoodsafety.com, and verify that the Microsoft 365 subscription is active and functioning correctly.
Keep in mind that data is not merged between accounts. Files stored in OneDrive and emails in Outlook remain with their original account, so you will need to manually transfer any files or other content you want to keep.
If you use Microsoft 365 apps on your computer or mobile device, open an Office app, go to the account settings, sign out of the old account, and then sign back in with ******@jrcfoodsafety.com so the apps use the correct subscription.
