    Is the problem with updating Word (Office) on your PC or updating Windows 10?

    If the problem is updating the Office apps, open Word, then go to File - Account.

    Please provide a screenshot of that window, and please hide your Email address in the screenshot.

    Also, please provide a screenshot of the error indicated when you try to update the Office apps.

    Or if the problem is updating Windows:

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    Open the Settings App

    Go to Windows Updates

    Okay, I understand now, my Windows version (Windows 7) is no longer supported since January 14, 2020, Microsoft no longer provide any updates for Windows 7, it will not be possible to install updates on your system.
