i registered in australia but now living in turkiye. registration in son's name but he has no record of it in his accounts. i need to close old account so i can open new one in turkiye but cannot

Hey there, Jeremy Salt

Please can you open Microsoft Office on your computer, it can be any Office program. Once it is open, please click onto "Account" on the bottom-left corner

This will take you to your account page where you can see your user information. Please look under product information to see what email your product is licenced to.

Once you know what email address the product is licenced to, you can sign into that account and cancel the subscription on the Microsoft 365 subscription page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/details

You will see an option underneath to cancel the subscription.
