Labs Are Not Loading

I am currently in the process of working through modules for in the PL300T00 path. However, there is a hold up due to the fact that Labs are stuck on a loading loop. I can advance past them, but this is not ideal. I am also seeing others having this same issue, especially as of recent days.
I have tried all options:
Switching broswers, clearing cache, disabling extensions, etc.
It is apparent that this is an issue that has nothing to due with the user.
Is there any time frame of when this issue can/will be resolved?

Microsoft has 0 customer service or support, which is ridiculous, but it means we are stuck without labs until someone in their organization notices it and addresses the issue. Low-level problems for a "big company" to have-ridiculous.
