Hello I had a charge come through on my Microsoft 365 and I would like to get a refund I tried calling but It couldn't get through to someone

On this link are the steps to cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription, and while managing the subscription, be sure to disable the recurring billing on the subscription.

How do I cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription? I am up for renewal this September 24 and do not wish to pay further.
