I am having issues with logging into the admin center of Microsoft. It asks for a code from the authenticator app however no one set up a 2FA so we aren't getting any codes to type in. The Admin center was working fine about a month ago where we could just login and create or delete emails. Now its asking for 2FA and no one ever set it up. I need help to remove the 2FA so we can create new email addresses for new comers in the company.

It sounds like MFA is now being required for your admin account, even if no one remembers setting it up. If you're the global admin, try signing in from a web browser and see if you can reset or update your security info. If you can't get past the verification step, you'll likely need to contact Microsoft Support to recover access or have the MFA reset.
