Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
These pop-ups are usually triggered by the McAfee web extensions installed in your browser.
- Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, click the three dots, and go to the Extensions page.
- If you see McAfee extensions installed, remove them from the browser. Then,
Open your main browser (Edge or Chrome).
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
- Then click "View permissions and data stored across sites." (For Edge - Select Site Permissions)
- Here, you should see a list of websites, including any malicious websites that you allowed to send notifications.
- You can click "Delete all data" there, which will sign you out of all websites and should block the McAfee notification permissions that are being triggered by third-party websites.
If you use Chrome as your main browser, go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
Select "Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects."
Let me know if you still need more help.
