How to get the verification code

I just changed my phone so I can't get the code for my university live email, what can I do? @microsoft 365 | sign up and sign in

    If you changed your phone and no longer have access to the verification method for your university email account, you'll need to use an alternative sign-in or recovery option.

    • Contact your university's IT Help Desk or Microsoft 365 administrator.
    • Ask them to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods so you can register your new phone.
    • After the reset, sign in again and configure your new device for authentication.
