Roblox authenticator problem

I recently lost my authenticator app and lost all its data so and i forgot the backup codes, so when i go to roblox support (which is many times) i go to roblox account hacked or cant login and i put lost access to my authenticator it gives me a account recovery page when i put my email and the code they send me on my email the tell me to 2-step verify and the cycle keeps repeating it self they are not disabling my 2sv. Please help me with my problem.
