Hi @Yifan
Processing for a Custom Keyword Basic model normally completes within minutes to a few hours, so remaining in the Processing state for more than 24 hours is not expected.
Since you've already confirmed:
- The issue affects multiple models.
- Azure Service Health shows no active incidents.
- Refreshing Speech Studio doesn't change the status.
This is likely a backend provisioning or model generation issue rather than a configuration problem in your project.
At this point, I'd recommend:
- Waiting a little longer (up to 48 hours if possible).
- Trying to create a new Basic keyword model to see if the behavior is reproducible.
- If all model generations remain stuck, open an Azure Support request (or use the support option available with your Azure for Students subscription) and provide:
- Resource name: xiaoma-speech-yifan
- Region: West US 2
- Approximate model creation times
- Model names/keywords and screenshots of the Processing state
The Azure Speech team can check the backend training pipeline and determine whether the requests are queued or stuck. Unfortunately, there's no user-side action that can unblock a model once it's stalled in the service backend.
