Microsoft Authenticator Uninstalled – Lost Instagram 2FA Codes

Hello,

I accidentally uninstalled Microsoft Authenticator from my Android phone without enabling cloud backup. After reinstalling it, all my linked accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, are gone.

I still have access to my email and phone number, but I can't log in because Instagram requires the 6-digit authenticator code. I don't have backup codes or another logged-in device.

Is there any way to recover the lost Microsoft Authenticator accounts or restore the 2FA data without a backup?
