Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Does your device have a built-in camera, or do you use an external camera?

    Let's try some quick checks:

If your device has a built-in camera, check between the F1 - F12 keys on the keyboard if there is a key with a camera icon.

If you find a key with a camera icon, press the Fn key + <key with camera icon> and see if this unlocks the camera.

Also, check the camera lens to see if it has a privacy slider. If it has, open it and test the camera again.

If that doesn't help, tell me the manufacturer and model of your computer.

If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.
