Im updating my motherboard for my pc and it did it successfully but its asking me for a bitlocker key and im trying to get into the
aka.ms/myrecoverylocker but when i log into my account it just stuck on a white screen
Many people are reporting this problem when trying to access the BitLocker Recovery Key section of their Microsoft account online.
There is nothing wrong with your computer or browser, this is a server issue that Microsoft needs to fix.
Wait a while and try accessing the BitLocker Key Recovery page again, this is an intermittent problem. it should be accessible soon.
It’s been over 24hr since this issue and it still hasn’t resolved
Do you know when cuz I tried yesturday at 12pm and from then it’s still on a blank white screen
I do not know when this problem will be resolved, this forum is just a user to user forum, but I do know that this has been reported directly to the Microsoft developers by the forum management team a few hours ago, so hopefully it will not be long before they fix the problem on their severs.
The Bitlocker Recovery page (https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey) is now accessible here, so most likely they are currently working to resolve the problem accessing that section of the Microsoft account.

The problem is still on-going, many people are also reporting this problem today on the forums, because this is just a user to user forum, if you have access to another PC, the best option is to report this problem to the Microsoft Developers there, if more people report this, the problem will be resolved on their servers soon

Still not working, it's been 3 days. Where can I report this problem to Microsoft?
I got mine working by trying a different way to log in so instead of using my password I used a verification code
