Error 0x8007232B usually occurs when Windows is trying to activate using a Volume License (KMS) but cannot find a KMS server.

    Please try the following:

    1. Open Settings → System → Activation and check whether your Windows edition matches your product key (Home, Pro, etc.).
    2. If you have a retail product key, go to Change product key and enter the correct key.
    3. If this is a work or school device, connect to your organization's network or VPN and try activating again.
    4. Run the Activation Troubleshooter (Settings → System → Activation → Troubleshoot).

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run:

This will show whether the system is using a KMS, MAK, or Retail license.
