Hello, I seem to be stuck in a verification loop when using the Authenticator App. The App asks me to log in to my account and then asks me to enter the Verification Code from the Authenticator App, but when I try to get the verification code, the account in the app is asking me to login. Unfortunately, none of the mechanisms for logging into the app work and it keeps asking me to enter the code from the app.
This is one of the poorer user experiences of any online tool I have used in a couple of decades. How can you be getting worse at managing user logins?
I have been trying for three hours to make progress. I was able to delete my Authenticator option for my hotmail account, but not for my live account. When I try, it gives me a message that I have to "enter an email account", which is not descriptive enough for me to even know what it is talking about.

You seem stuck on an answer about the Authenticator Loop. Please move past that and answer my question about how to delete the Authenticator as an option in the Security section of my account.
I have deleted the account in the Authenticator App. I need to delete the associated two factor option to use the Authenticator App in the Security section of my Account page in Office365. If I can do that, then I can re-add the account in my Authenticator App.
However, I can't to that for my live.com account because I am getting an error message about adding an email. I don't know where I need to add the email.
