I have a new laptop... I have microsoft on 1 pc. how can it get microsoft on this laptop?

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, sign in on the new laptop using the same Microsoft account used on the first PC: https://account.microsoft.com/services Find your Microsoft 365 subscription, then select “Install” and follow the instructions.

To help narrow down the issue and confirm the correct steps:

1. Do you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or a one-time Office purchase, such as Office 2021 or Office 2024?
2. Does the subscription appear under “Services & subscriptions” at the link above?
3. Do you know which Microsoft account was used to purchase or activate Office on the first PC? Thanks!
