Encountered an error while activating Windows 11 because the old SSD is damaged and the activation is tied to it; the activation could not be remved beforehand because the SSD would no longer boot.

Did you purchase the activation separately, or did it come with the computer? In this case, try activating it after the hardware change using the link below:
