My Outlook.com mailbox is corrupted. Existing email bodies have been replaced.

"My Outlook.com mailbox appears to be corrupted. Email bodies from messages dating back to 2012 have been replaced with the same sextortion message. This happens on Outlook Web, the Outlook app, and my phone. I have already changed my password, enabled two-factor authentication, verified there are no forwarding rules or inbox rules, and the raw MIME source of the emails also contains the altered content."

    Hi,

It seems like your account was hacked.

Did you sign out of all accounts and remove all app passwords?
